Misleading warranty. Poor communication.

Clutch failed after 2 weeks due to pressure plate not adjusting. Supplied with warranty wise guarantee so contacted them as you would (not apparently) Their engineer decided it was down to wear & tear due to the millage I had 5 independent reports to say the clutch had done less than 20,000 miles and the pressure plate had failed. After 6 months of dispute with them they told me to contact the dealer as the fault was there on purchase and they just administer the plan. So contacted N W cars to be told I should have contacted them first and returned the car which would have been difficult as it had broken down, so would not negotiate or pay towards the costs of repairs as it was too high and for some reason supplied a invoice with trade prices for the parts (I did not buy the car at trade price) Had I been aware I should have gone back to M Cars or had their "say so" to have the repairs done I would have done so. So £700. out of pocket.

Dealt with Gary all the way and cannot fault any part of m cars service. Done everything they could to get me the car and the 5 hour drive home was awesome. Great car and great dealership.
